Questions
Is VisualSteps made for children to use on their own?
It is made for parents and carers. Your child uses the routine screen; leaving it, buying and settings sit behind a hold-for-3-seconds parent gate.
Are my child's photos uploaded?
Not to us. Photos stay on this device. They leave it when you share or save a printable PDF or export a backup, or through your own iPhone backup if the app is included in it.
Can I turn sounds off?
Sounds are off by default. You can turn them on in Settings.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open Settings (behind the parent gate) and tap Restore purchase, signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete everything?
Settings > Delete all data removes your records and attached files. Deleting the app removes everything, including its settings.
