Right to Work Check Log support

Help with Right to Work Check Log, a record book for UK small employers to keep their own right to work checks and follow-up dates.

Questions

Does the app check someone's right to work?

No. You make the check through the official routes on GOV.UK and record what you did and when.

Who chooses the follow-up date?

You do. The app never fills it in for you.

How long should I keep records?

The employer's guide on GOV.UK says during employment and for two years after. The app shows a 'keep records until' date but never deletes anything by itself.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open Settings and tap Restore purchase, signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete everything?

Settings > Delete all data removes your records and attached files. Deleting the app removes everything, including its settings.

Please note

The app keeps your own records of right to work checks. It does not check documents, contact the Home Office or tell you whether someone can work. It is not legal advice. Always follow the latest guidance on GOV.UK.
