Questions
Where are reports and photos stored?
On this iPhone. We never receive them. They leave the device when you share or export a report PDF or a backup file, or through your own iPhone backup if the app is included in it.
Do report credits restore on a new iPhone?
Yearly and lifetime purchases come back with Restore purchases. Single-report credits are consumable and, under App Store rules, are not restored.
Can a tenant sign on my phone?
Yes. Both parties can sign on the same device; the signature is saved into the report.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open Settings and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete everything?
Settings > Clear all data removes your records and attached files. Deleting the app removes everything, including its settings.
