Questions
Has Kennel Log been approved by a council?
No. Kennel Log keeps your records in the order the register fields are listed, and exports them as PDF or CSV when you are asked for them.
How do I back up?
Settings > Back up now saves a backup file you can keep in Files or on a computer. If you allow notifications and turn on reminders, including the weekly backup reminder, the app reminds you when a backup is overdue.
Does it work outside England?
The record list follows the licensing rules for England. Elsewhere you can still use it as a record book.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open Settings and tap Restore purchase, signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete everything?
Settings > Delete all data removes your records and attached files. Deleting the app removes everything, including its settings.
